My Approach

  • An Integrated Approach

I draw from trauma informed, relational, somatic, attachment and compassion based approaches to meet each person where they are. My approach is flexible and responsive, designed to support emotional regulation, self-expression, and connection—both within the person and in their relationships. I honor the wisdom of the body, the power of story, and the safety of playfulness in helping people heal and grow.

  • Rooted In Relationships

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that people thrive when they feel seen, safe, and supported. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship that is secure enough for you to explore topics that may feel risky, exposing, shameful, or challenging.

  • Healing Happens in Community

I believe we’re not meant to do this alone. So much of our healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—and therapy can be one of those, but not the only one. I help clients explore and strengthen their sense of belonging, whether that means reconnecting with trusted supports or building new ones.

As part of this commitment, I offer donation-based women’s groups that center shared experience, mutual care, and the reminder that you are not alone.
